Ever wanted to run a 5K but were too afraid to try? Or have you wanted to join a run club but don't know where to find one? Are you a seasoned runner wanting to keep up your runs with a new group?
We've got the club for you!
Your training team:
BETO BUSTOS, one of Edmonton's top running coaches, will guide you through a 12 week program and teach you proper running form, breathing techniques and pacing. This program is for ALL LEVELS - beginners, intermediate and seasoned runners.
JUANITA BRATTLY & REBECCA GOLBERG, co-owners of Fit On 45th and certified personal trainers, will lead you through Strength/Core and Stretching sessions in studio following your guided runs.
12 week program starting March 9th - May 30th
24 guided runs - Mondays at 5:45 pm and Saturdays at 10:45 am (approx 30 minutes each)
24 Strength/Core/Stretching sessions in-studio following Monday & Saturday runs (approx 30 minutes each)
5K Fit On 45th Run on May 30th
Price: $250 (+gst)
