Ever wanted to run a 5K but were too afraid to try? Or have you wanted to join a run club but don't know where to find one? Are you a seasoned runner wanting to keep up your runs with a new group?

We've got the club for you!

 

Your training team: 

 

BETO BUSTOS, one of Edmonton's top running coaches, will guide you through a 12 week program and teach you proper running form, breathing techniques and pacing.  This program is for ALL LEVELS - beginners, intermediate and seasoned runners.

 

JUANITA BRATTLY & REBECCA GOLBERG, co-owners of Fit On 45th and certified personal trainers, will lead you through Strength/Core and Stretching sessions in studio following your guided runs.

We halted the program in March and are resuming on July 13. See below for changes to the program in red:

Details:

  • 12 week program starting March 9th - May 30th (July 13-Sept 12)

  • 24 guided runs - Mondays at 5:45 pm and Saturdays at 10:45 am (approx 30 minutes each) (21 guided runs, Mon at 5:45 pm and Sat at 10:00 am)

  • 24 Strength/Core/Stretching sessions in-studio following Monday & Saturday runs (approx 30 minutes each) (21 Strength sessions, Mondays during the run, Satrudays after the run in the Back Alley of the studio)

  • 5K Fit On 45th Run on May 30th (5K Fit On 45th Run on Sept 12)

  • T-shirt (no T-shirt, but goodie bag provided :) )

Price:  $250 (+gst)​ ($199 +gst)
